My wife and I went from "super interested" to "holy crap this isn't for us" and back to "ok let's see a house tomorrow" over the course of six months. To stick with a couple through that would be frustrating I'm sure but Matthew handled every step with professionalism, empathy and an absolute commitment to simply listening.
